ResolvedIntermittent higher latency and reduced throughput affected a subset of customers served via our Frankfurt edge. Root cause was an issue with one upstream provider.
- Identified: Problem isolated to a single upstream in the Frankfurt edge network.
- Mitigated: Traffic was rerouted to alternate upstreams and unstable sessions were drained.
- Resolved: Upstream provider restored service; routes normalized. We’re monitoring post-incident.
